Joshi's Scheme - RUJ Skill Schooling for Dropouts is a new school scheme for skill development in India.
Our Philosophy and Objective
For young people who have dropped out of the compulsory school system, there is a new educational program called the RUJ Skill Schooling Scheme.
A comprehensive educational system that emphasizes 80 percent practice and 20 percent theory offers young school dropouts between the ages of 13 and 18 a fresh outlook on their future professional paths.
To impart proper, efficient, and unique teaching style to RUJ Skill School teachers, we need a clear, simple means to replicate the Teacher Education System.
The RUJ Skill School forms the appropriate educational staff with the help of skilled and effective Swiss educational teachers and Swiss vocational trainers.
Our educators ensures that students receive a unique and impactful education. By working together we address holistic needs and create a safety net for vulnerable students
