Accredited as a nonprofit, the foundation is overseen by the Swiss Federal Department of Home Affairs.
PURPOSE OF OUR FOUNDATION IN SWITZERLAND
The foundation's mission is to provide financial support and encouragement to Indian organizations, individuals, and projects that pursue humanitarian, educational, scientific, cultural, or artistic objectives. Additionally, the foundation is able to directly assist people in this field or carry out its own projects.
The Foundation promotes and encourages humanitarian endeavors in India, particularly those pertaining to public welfare such as education for underprivileged youth, professional training support, construction of hospitals and asylums, scientific teaching and research.

In 2009, its Jaipur offices were completed.
JES is a Rajasthan-based nonprofit organization that is exempt from taxes.
Being the operating center, it plays a crucial role in all project activities in India.
