Joshi's Scheme - RUJ Skill Schooling for Dropouts a new School Scheme for India's Skills Development
Idea and Aim
The RUJ Skill Schooling Scheme for Dropouts is a new schooling system for young people who fall out of the compulsory school system. An integral educational system with 20% theory (school education) and 80% practice (skills education) gives young school dropouts of 10 -18-years-old a new perspective for their career future. To transfer the right, efficient and different teaching methodology for the RUJ Skill School teachers, we need a clear, simple way to replicate Teacher Education System. With a good and effective support from Swiss educational teachers and Swiss vocational trainers the RUJ Skill School forms the necessary educational staff.
